These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BondBetter app and website. BondBetter is operated by Sunshine Lab Inc (“Sunshine Lab Inc,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using BondBetter, you agree to these Terms.
BondBetter is an AI companion app that creates personalized affirmations from your conversations to support your personal growth. You agree to use the service for lawful, personal purposes and not to misuse or disrupt it.
You retain ownership of the content you share with your AI companion. You grant Sunshine Lab Inc the limited permission needed to process that content in order to provide and improve the service.
BondBetter is a personal-growth companion that supports reflection and clarity. It is not therapy, counseling, or a medical or mental-health service, and it does not provide medical, psychological, clinical, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Your AI companion is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or healthcare provider.
BondBetter is not a substitute for professional care. If you have any concerns about your mental or physical health, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. You are responsible for your own decisions and well-being, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunshine Lab Inc is not responsible or liable for any mental-health outcomes or decisions you make based on your use of BondBetter.
If you are in crisis or may be a danger to yourself or others, do not use BondBetter to seek help. Instead, contact your local emergency services immediately. In the United States, you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. If you are outside the United States, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis hotline in your area.
BondBetter may offer free and paid features. Any subscription purchased through the App Store is governed by the applicable app store terms in addition to these Terms.
BondBetter is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunshine Lab Inc is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BondBetter after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
